THE jOURNEY OF OUR LIFES
In between the obvious categories imposed upon us during our human existence
(eg. night and day, sleep and wake, life and death, male and female)...
there are so many indefinables.
It is this lull between the obvious that fascinates me.
The pauses,
the silences,
the moments where true potency often lies.
We, as everyday people, tend to focus upon the result.
The start and the finish, the destination.
The arrival point where for example:
work becomes money, the week becomes the weekend, our childhood becomes adulthood...
We long for what we think is a culmination point and perhaps happiness or a solution.
Within this, we miss so much of our life.
We overlook THE JOURNEY
The journey of creation.
This is the creative process.
If something has not yet become,
it is dormant.
If something has fully become,
it is, in many ways, already over.
In between these edges,
the magick swells, the orgasm builds...
It is the awakening of god within ourselves.
