So I PROMISE to get some videos up tomorrow! I took my Trig Final today and pretty sure I did amazing. With that out of the way I can move on to more important subjects like: Paris. :) Don't lose faith in me everyone!
Since I deleted yesterdays blog about vids and exams I'm reposting my myspace info again. Thanks everyone!
You can also check out my myspace at

I know that the URL is lame. I didn't believe them when they said that it would be PERMANANT and UNCHANGABLE! Worse idea than my tattoo! Haha. I guess having an ex's name in your myspace url is better than on your chest or something. :)
I just found out that I'm a finalist for the 2008 Maxim Hometown Hotties contest. You all are pretty experienced voters so I thought you may pop on over to http://www.maxim.com/hotties/hotties_profile.aspx?key=2377&hottieId=104591
and show me some love!! Thanks so much!
Tell us about your high school experience. Was it positive/negative? Why?
I wouldn't classify my entire experience as either positive or negative. It definitely had its highs and lows. As I said in my second blog, people always had their preconceived notions about me. When I was in 8th grade I was at a school I had went to since kindergarten. It really hit the fan that year. A teacher decided to treat me mean because of my family and wealth. I was always the top of my class, but she started failing me by excessively picking my work apart and making statements that I would "never have to work for anything in your life because you'll always have daddy's money." I had to leave the only school I knew that year and my parents paid tuition for me to go to another larger school for high school where they thought I would blend in better. That was a horrible choice. I was hazed and attacked at cheerleading camp and walking down the halls was a scary experience for me. We didn't think about how my family's name was on everything in the school because my grandfather was a primary donor and that really made things bad. I remember this one girl even made a contraption that shot coins using a paper clip and rubber band just to sit behind me in study hall and aim at my head. I became reclusive and found my niche in Drama Club. I had the lead in all the school productions until one day the theatre sponser came up to me and said that the Drama Club was "taking heat for casting you" because "there are rumors that we accept payoffs from your family". Right then I decided I couldn't go back. I had lost my only outlet. My sophmore year I moved to a school that I loved. It was a small country school, but no one knew who I was aside from what they saw in front of them. I could finally just be me. I was in National Honor Society and my cheerleading squad was very close and also competitive. My grandfather died suddenly a week after I turned 16 and I was really, really close to him. He drove me to and from school everyday because it was a bit of a haul. I treated my depression with hard partying and giving up on anything else. My family knew they had to switch my schools yet again, because there was no one to take me and I was bottoming out. For my junior and senior year I attended the only private school in our area: Kokomo Christian School. I'm not going to say I loved it, because it really wasn't my scene and there were only 13 in my graduating class, but I did start feeling better and was able to participate in things that I loved once again. I wouldn't trade my high school experience because it made me who I am today, but I definitely would NEVER want to go back!
Blog requirement - If you have a significant other, do you think being Paris' BFF would break you up? If you don't have a significant other, explain why you think being Paris BFF would help or hinder you finding one.
I have a significant other, actually I am engaged. As far as Paris breaking us up, I give that a HUGE N-O. Ian (my FH) is so supportive of everything I do and most of my friends consider him a friend as well. He's not afraid to hear about the "real lives" of women and I'm constantly filling him in on what men usually fail to ever know. I feel like friendships only spoil with relationships when communication is bad between the couple and one of the partners has little empathy for others. Besides all that, (I really don't want to name drop but...) Paris is friends with my fiance's cousin. Ian and his cousin get along great, so he said he's pretty sure that Paris is awesome as well. We'll be visiting his cousin and her boyfriend soon in LA but maybe by then I'll have already met everyone :)!
I just joined today so I have a lot of catching up to do!! Stay posted for new blogs and videos very shortly!
This is really going to hamper finals week productivity...OH WELL :)
So a lot of people are citing their love of shopping and partying ways as reasons why they would be perfect as Paris' BFF.
Don't get me wrong, I can be the life of the party and I've got shopping down to an art form.
I feel like to be a friend or an aquaintace, its really important to have things like that in common, however I think in order to be a really close friend or a BFF, its important to connect on a more serious and trustworthy level.
I've never had the honor of meeting Paris, but I had to say that from what I understand as a college student here in the Midwest is that she probably has had a lot of the same friend issues, trials, and problems as I did growing up. I was born to a family who was wealthy and completely infamous in my area. Everyone wanted to know my business and wanted to make judgement on what I did. I was popular (not neccessarily in a good way)but I didn't have a lot of good friends. People were always stabbing me in the back or they wouldn't even try to talk to me because they thought I was snotty or spoiled. If I did something wrong, I didn't only have to deal with myself and parents, but also with the whispers and gossip of thousands of people. I found that dating was hard too, because many of the guys I dated were simply dating me for the glory. I fell (and still fall fast) for guys who seem to understand me, and get to know me for me. From my perception, Paris has experienced all these things on an insanely larger scale and I have a feeling that shes just a lot like me. A pretty girl who just wants to live her life and have fun! I've wanted so much to shed my last name and just be me, but sometimes, you have to just embrace who you are and be careful when choosing the people you get close with.
I also think that in general I would make a great celebrity BFF because I'm a good mixture of wild and crazy with still being able to save face and be chill. As a celeb BFF, you would hang out with the top A listers, my ability to meet new people while staying relaxed would really help me. Crazy and fun is good to an extent, but when you are part of a celeb posse, erradict and destructive behavior falls back on them...and their disgruntled publicist.
Finally, I'd like to list a couple...okay several...reasons why I am just FABULOUS!

5. I'm very active with political and social issues...its not all about me!
6. I love nice cars, well dressed men, and luxurious items. Pampering is underrated!
